Anaconda package list
*********************

`Anaconda 4.3.1 <https://www.continuum.io/downloads>`_ includes an easy
installation of Python (2.7.13, 3.4.5, 3.5.2, and/or 3.6.0) and updates of over
100 pre-built and tested scientific and analytic Python packages. These packages
include NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Jupyter. Over 620 more packages
are available. You can install any of them with just one command::

    conda install package-name

NOTE: Replace "package-name" with the name of the package to install.

Anaconda includes several open source development environments such as
Jupyter/IPython, Spyder and `Visual Studio <https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/python/>`_,
and is supported by Sublime Text 2 and PyCharm. Packages are regularly added.
Anaconda is available for Linux, macOS and Windows, and is always proudly
free and Open Source. Packages that are only available for some operating systems are noted with
``Linux`` and/or ``Windows`` and/or ``Mac`` listed in superscript next to the package name.

* All packages in the current version of Anaconda can be found in
  the `package repository <http://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/>`_.
* An `RSS feed <http://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/rss.xml>`_ is updated each time
a new package is added to the Anaconda package repository.
* Lists of packages for prior versions of Anaconda are available on :doc:`Old
  package lists <oldpkglists>`.

A full list of packages available in the latest release of Anaconda is below.
Click the tabs to see which packages are available for each version of Python.
